Trouver un logement plaisant a Yangon, pour nous français avec nos gouts de luxe (!) peut s'avérer assez chronophage. Il y a une grande offre de logements pour divers budgets mais d'une maison a l'autre les standards varient du tout au tout.
Si vous héritez d'une maison habitée précédemment par un Français ou expat vous aurez surement l'eau chaude dans les salles de bain, un générateur, un inverteur, un syteme de pompage automatique pour l'eau, sinon il faudra négocier avec le propriétaire de lui faire installer ces "indispensables" pour vous.
Il commence a y avoir des agents immobiliers de qualité a Yangon, nous avons trouvé une maison tres agréable via Pronto Service dirigé par Robin qui est un Birman adorable et de toute confiance.
