- I bought one made in burmese tek in Anawatha road around 37/40th st, there are few shops on each sides of the roads. quality is not perfect but sounds ok for 30000ks.

- The shops downtown offer decent guitar for reasonable prices (I've seen a few with the wood curving with the time though).
If you want some higher standard (but can be expensive)

         -  2 shops at Yangon Plaza (near Bogyoke Market, other side of the road) with new/second hand electric and folk guitars and amps

         - 2-3 shops at Taw Win Center top floor (expensive but new and imported guitars and amps)

         - one Yamaha shop 36(D) Moe Kaung Road Kanbe Yangon Tsp Yangon - the shop is anawyatah between 35 and 36
